We are making arrangements to meet with Team Captains to distribute Prize Money,. It is up to the captains to divide this money amongst their team members. The scratch quarters should also be re-distributed among those team members who contributed. It will be up to the captain to decide how they want to do that. 

We will keep everyone up to date on any further info that we receive about the State Tourney. We hope everyone stays safe and healthy and we can all get back to shooting some pool very soon!!!!

The State tournament will be held as follows:

SINGLES EVENT- August 20th

TEAM EVENT- August 21st - 23rd

If you still want a spot there is no need to do anything further. 

If you want to cancel your spot please let us know by Friday. 

Also, The World Championships in Vegas have been cancelled. The 40th Anniversary World Championships will be held next year in 2021!

At this time we are still waiting on official word regarding State and Vegas. It is possible that the State tournament will be held later in the year. Once we have the info we will pass it on to Captains right away! We are also waiting on official word to determine when or if we will have our league banquet and how we will pass out awards and payouts. Below is the lists for State Entries. Entry Fees are due now and must be paid NO LATER THAN Tuesday, March 10th. If you are on the waiting list, fees are not due unless you end up with a spot. If fees are not paid on time, you will lose your spot and it will go to the next person or team on the list. Also, if sanction fees are not paid you will not be eligible to shoot at State and your spot will be given to anyone next on the waiting list (INDIVIDUALS) - IF ALL PLAYERS AND SUBS ON A TEAM HAVE NOT PAID ALL SANCTION FEES, THAT TEAM WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO SHOOT AT STATE. This includes players or subs that may have only shot one time. If we are allotted additional spots, we will assign them to the next players on the list. If you have changed your mind and no longer want a spot, let us know right away!

The deadline for Sanction fees has been extended to December 15th. If not paid by that date, the fee will increase to $30 per player. Also, Captains, please remember that these fees are due for ALL players, including subs, whether they shoot once or multiple times. If you need a sub it is advisable to find someone who has already paid their sanctions. If you use a sub, the sanction fee MUST be collected that night! NO EXCEPTIONS. 

RAFFLE TICKETS- Please get those tickets sold and start turning in stubs and money. Remember, you are responsible for all tickets and money you were issued. The deadline is fast approaching and we still have tickets available if you need them! The money from the sale of the tickets benefits EVERY PLAYER at the end of the year!
