I will begin the process of refunding all entry fees via PayPal later this week once the money is back in the account.  Also, teams that won a spot will receive the entry fee for their team.

VNEA rules will be followed.

Leagues start Monday, June 29th and Wednesday, July 1st and will run 8 weeks.

Rosters must be turned in by 8:00am on Friday, June 26th.

Hi all.  I wanted to update everyone with where we are regarding team payouts.  My plans were to send payouts via PayPal to as many of you as possible and mail checks to those teams who requested or required checks.  I was able to send some payouts today but the volume and size of the transactions caused our account to be suspended because the activity looked suspicious and PayPal thought our account had been hacked.  Due to COVID-19, PayPal's customer support phone lines are closed so it could be days before we are able to get the issue cleared up.  So that means I will be mailing checks to the rest of the teams.

TEAM CAPTAINS - Please email me your mailing address.  Make sure you include your name in your email so I know for sure who it's for.  ktaylor@bellmusicco.com  

I will start mailing checks tomorrow (Monday, April 6th) so the sooner you can get me your address, the sooner you will get your check. (Your league's breakdown will be included with your check.)

I'm posting a letter from the President of Bell Music regarding our decision.

I do not have an update yet on the decision being made for the OCMA State dart and pool tournaments. I will let all of you know when I do.

I will post dates, locations and times for payout pickup once I have those. It will be a few weeks from now.

Please take care of yourselves and each other. We will all get through this with each other's support.
